He specializes in helping his clients manage the symptoms of chronic disease, chronic and acute pain and stress, and injury recovery. He has the tools and experience to treat a variety of mind and body ailments, including digestive health, scarring, sleep issues, and everyday aches and pains.
Jeremy received his massage license in 1999 in New York and then studied somatic psychology at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, which gave him a greater understanding of the body/mind connection and how emotions can affect one's posture and range of motion. He expanded his repertoire of treatments with a Master’s in Acupuncture from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
He feels privileged to help his clients in their journeys toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I know what it feels like to live in burnout and to keep going because everything depends on you. For years I was a single mother running several businesses and holding everything together through sheer determination. I spent long stretches feeling overstretched, exhausted, and disconnected from the person I once was. My body was carrying tension I did not know how to release, and I was moving through my days in survival mode.
Movement has always been an anchor for me. For the last ten years I have been immersed in movement based practices including subtle body yoga and somatic awareness. When I reached a breaking point in my own burnout it was somatic movement that helped me return to myself. It softened long held patterns, restored my capacity to listen inward, and helped me rebuild from a place of true embodiment.
Caring for my mother during her final years also shaped my path. Navigating her care through a fragmented healthcare system opened my eyes to how deeply people need whole person support. Not compartmentalized care but an approach that honors the physical, emotional, and inner landscape as one connected experience. Her journey expanded my compassion and my devotion to supporting others through work that sees the whole human being.
Today I support highly driven individuals, heart led entrepreneurs, single parents, caregivers, and anyone who gives so much of themselves that they forget to rest. My work blends somatic movement education, gentle touch based practices, and subtle body awareness in a way that honors the whole system. All of my hands on modalities are rooted in nervous system support, which is what drew me to this path. I have also spent years studying the lymphatic system and the endocrine gland system through my work as a detoxification specialist, and this continues to shape my understanding of how the body restores itself and returns to balance. Every session meets the person exactly where they are and honors what their body has been holding.

Acupuncture is the gentle insertion of hair-thin needles at specific points along the channels of chi energy. It helps restore harmony at the deepest level of the body, mind, and spirit. In the presence of this subtle yet profound intervention, symptoms often resolve, and patients frequently experience deep personal transformation.
The first appointment includes an initial exam followed by a needle treatment that can take anywhere from 90 to 120 minutes and cost $200. I ask questions and perform a physical exam to assess how to progress with treatments. After initial treatment, sessions are 45 to 60 minutes and cost $150.

Crystal's Offerings
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, light-touch approach that works with the craniosacral system, fascial tissues, and the subtle rhythms and relationships throughout the body.
Using gentle contact at areas such as the head, sacrum, spine, and other regions of the body, I listen for patterns of restriction and follow the body's response as it moves toward greater ease.
Sessions are quiet, deeply restorative, and individualized. Clients may be drawn to Craniosacral Therapy for persistent tension, headaches, jaw or facial tension, stress, changes in mobility, or simply for a calming hands-on experience that allows the body to settle.
The session takes place comfortably on the treatment table.

crainiosacral
60 minutes $130
REFLEXOLOGY
60 minutes $130

Reflexology with Somatic Foot Release
A focused foot and lower-leg session combining reflexology with gentle somatic techniques. Specific pressure points, hands-on work, and small movements through the feet and ankles help support relaxation, sensory awareness, and greater ease throughout the body. The session concludes with gentle Craniosacral Therapy techniques to support integration and whole-body settling.

This personalized bodywork session is designed to help unwind long-held patterns of muscular tension through touch, movement, and sensory awareness.
The session takes place comfortably on the treatment table and blends hands-on bodywork with neuromuscular release techniques, supporting greater ease and comfort in the way you move through daily life.
This is a collaborative process. Together, we explore areas that may be bracing, overworking, or holding tension shaped by stress, injury, habit, or adaptation. At times, you may be invited to notice what you are sensing or participate in a comfortable movement while I support and guide the body with my hands. This can help bring awareness to patterns that may be influencing posture, movement, or areas that repeatedly feel tight.
The experience is restorative and deeply relaxing. Comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement is recommended.

TESTIMONIALS
There is literally, LITERALLY, no one better. And that is what I tell anyone that wants a massage or talks about sore body issues.
I discovered Jeremy through a gift several months before my wedding. I had always viewed massages for relaxation, but Jeremy and I started discussing some goals I had before the wedding - improved posture, relieve wedding anxiety, heal triatholon training injuries, etc. - and he jumped right in and started getting me back to health. I had no idea how bad my body was, from years of work stress and hunching over a computer, as well as years of running-related injuries. I am a complete wimp but Jeremy let me set the pace and as someone else mentioned, identified issues I did not even know I had. He knows more about physiology and the interworking of mind and body than any doctor I have ever met.
I tell this story which gives a good "aha moment" picture: one day I went to him and did not tell him that I was having soreness from that week's running in my leg. He was starting the session with my back, and I heard him say, "hmmmm..." Next thing I knew, he touched the sore part of my leg and asked, "are you sore here?" He knew immediately that I was having secondary issues in my back due to poor performing muscles in my legs, and corrected it for me in that one session.

Jeremy was my therapist for both acupuncture and deep tissue massage while I was on assignment in Washington, DC. I had never had acupuncture before and it helped tremendously with edema, neuropathy in both lower legs and hands. As for the deep tissue massage therapy he is the best I've ever had - and I've had a lot of massages in California and Texas as well as DC. Regular biweekly acupuncture and massage kept me working and active my entire stay in Washington DC.
If you have any kind of muscle, joint pain, or neuropathy, I highly recommend Braverman Wellness - you owe it to yourself to keep you functional.

I have often received acupuncture and massage from Jeremy when faced with specific injuries and ailments. As a dog trainer, overuse of certain areas of my body has led to injuring myself or feeling nagging pain in my shoulders and back at times. Following my appointments, I am always astonished at how much better I feel and how much better I continue to feel, even days afterward. I highly recommend Jeremy for his skill and expertise in his field. Five stars are nowhere near enough. Thank you

I saw Jeremy for over a year, both for massage therapy and acupuncture. He is incredibly knowledgable, thorough and attentive. I was dealing with a lot of pain caused by stress and muscle imbalances. I saw a number of massage therapists, and he is by far the best. He found tension and knots in muscles I didn't realize were causing pain. He gave me stretches and exercises to work on and was happy to share his understanding of the body any time I had questions. I really cannot say enough about his healing practice and recommend him to anyone.

Jeremy works miracles. He relieves not only physical pain, but also stress and emotional turmoil.
He seems to have a sixth sense for where pain lives in the body, pinpointing trouble spots with ease and relieving symptoms through a combination of therapies.
I always leave his treatments feeling lighter and refreshed.
In less than one year he's helped me get my chronic pain under control to the point where it doesn't interfere with my everyday life anymore. I'm so glad I found his practice, he helped me change my life. I'd recommend BMore Integrated to everyone!
